Whether you are a beginner or an experienced gym goer you will find the guided tutorials on machine set up, correct exercise techniques, and warm up/cool down sessions will boost your confidence and take your training to the next level. 

The Gym and Fitness membership has been created by RPX Fitness Directore Naomi Pendergast. Naomi has over 20 years in the training industry. She has worked in rehabilitation right through to sports performance. She also has experience as a trainer to the stars, training Natalie Portman for her role in Thor Love and Thunder. 

Working Privately with clients is great but you are limited to how many people you can help. The goal of the gym and fitness membership is for Naomi to share her years of experience and knowledge to as many people as she can help in an easy to learn format.

What you get as a premium member:

As an RPX premium member, you get one to one training support along with a program selected for your needs. In your one to one sessions, you will learn how to select movements and exercises that work for your body and your needs. We all move and learn differently so we make sure that each session taps into your learning style so you maximise the benefits of each session and progress well.

Our premium programs are:

- Build healthy movement (3 guided sessions a week + one online private session every 4 weeks)

- Boost run and ride performance (3 guided sessions a week + one online private session every 4 weeks)

- Amplify triathlon performance (3 guided sessions a week + one online private session every 4 weeks)

Premium program inclusions:

- Initial 45 minute online assessment so we can select exercises based on your needs

- A program with 3 sessions a week based on your needs

- Individually selected exercises to unlock and enhance your movement specifically for the needs of your body

- Access to members resource area with extra workouts, articles, and technique tips

- Online private training session every 4 weeks to check your movement, give you a great workout, and progress your training

- If you have a coach, physiotherapist or other practitioner. We will work with them to make sure your program aligns with any other bodywork you are doing.

Self-guided programs:

Goodbye stiff back and tight hips: Do you work in an office chair all day and feel stiff and tight? Learn movements that will unlock your hips and loosen your back, along with articles and tutorials on various ways to keep your back and hips healthy for a life of good movement. This is a great course if you are sick of your body getting in the way of your daily life.

Conditioning for Triathletes: Being a triathlete, moving well is essential for maintaining a high training load and smashing your races. You will learn safe and effective exercises to bring balance back into your body so you can recover quickly, build your muscular endurance and flexibility, and reduce your chance of injury.
